When you close the album the washi tape pieces are peeking out. I folded small pieces and stitched them down on the side. I created a cute washi flag with the amazing washi tape set. Another was embellished with stitched mini butterflies fussy cut from Storytime Paper. Some got an extra tag page decorated with eyelet, fussy cut bow (from Ponytail paper) and washi phrases. The front got a bow, eyelet, chipboard and cardstock flowers and a gorgeous layered butterfly. I printed photos and place them in and decorate the tags one by one. I just trimmed a tiny bit and adhered to the tag chain. Now the fun part started. I found more awesome tags in the Ephemera pack and I picked one for the cover. I cut out the tags from Sweet Treat Paper and fold them on the edge. These tags are perfect to make an accordion or a one ring mini book. Every Crate Paper collection has a cut apart paper which usually includes tags on the bottom. I just love the cheerful colors and patterns, it is perfect to document your favorite photos. This cute project was made with the new Maggie Holmes Sweet Story line. Today I am sharing a tiny, easy and fast mini album idea. Get the book to lay like you want it to, and then glue the back piece.Hi Ladies! It’s Flóra back today on the Crate Paper blog. Now, take your glued together interior pieces and glue them into the book cover you just made. Use a piece of ribbon and tie the two pieces together. Punch 2 holes in the fold (one at the top and one at the bottom). Lay the transparency over your scored 6″ x 12″ piece. Use your bone folder to make the fold crisp. Then flatten your piece out and only fold it in half (the extra score lines are just to help the book open and close easier).įold your transparency in half lengthwise. Now, on your cardstock cover piece, score it in 3 places (this is your 6″ x 12″ piece). Then add another 5″ x 10″ piece of paper and repeat until you’ve got all your pieces glued together. Next take 2 of your 5″ x 10″ pieces and glue them together, backs to backs. To score paper, I just use my paper trimmer as a guide and a bone folder to create the crease. To begin, score your 5 pieces of 5″ x 10″ cardstock at the 5″ mark. You’ll attach this with foam dots to the transparency cover of your album at the end.ĥ pieces of scrapbook paper cut to 5″ x 10″ġ piece of transparency overlay cut to 6″ x 12″ I also rounded off the corners and inked it a bit around the edges. Print out your image and trim to 4.5″ square. I think it gives the best images for scrapbook projects. I recommend printing it out on textured card stock.

There are 2 sizes one is 4 ½″ square (I used it on this project) and another is 3″ square- which would be great to include in a Project Life layout for those of you doing that.

To make the book a bit more sturdy I made the front over out of a transparency overlay.įollow this linkto download your free printable. It contains enough space for 10 photos, but you could add more pages if you like. This album is very simple to construct you only need a few basic supplies, you don’t even need to consider yourself a “scrapbooker” to do it! There are several services you can use to print your instagrams, personally I like the PostalPix app for my iPhone. I’ve been trying to order prints of my instagram photos every month or so.
